Deepening Dialogue and Presence Building upon the foundations established in Level I, Level II focuses on honing participants' facilitation skills and enhancing their ability to hold space for difficult conversations. Through interactive dialogue and short lectures, participants delve into the legacy of over 400 years of inequality, gaining insight into the historical forces shaping our society. Drawing on contemplative science and prosociality, participants refine their facilitation techniques and cultivate the presence needed to navigate contentious issues and foster transformative dialogue.

Cultivating Empathy and Transformation The final level of the training centers on mindfulness, intergenerational trauma, and healing-centered education. Participants learn how to guide community members through history, encouraging deep reflection and transformative dialogue. By harnessing contemplative practices and the exploration of the timeline, participants reimagine a society that transcends implicit bias and nurtures compassion. This level also fosters a supportive community of like-minded individuals from diverse fields, facilitating networking and collaboration.
